Cool Shades Provide Comfort for Nursing Home Residents

Avenue Road Nursing Home residents in Abergavenny can now make the most of their beautiful conservatory dining room thanks to new, made-to-measure conservatory roof blinds manufactured, supplied and installed by Marla Custom Blinds South Wales.

The stunning, 5-metre high communal dining area was an integral part of this stylish senior care facility but suffered from the all too familiar problem of overheating in the summer.

In short, the existing blinds had come to the end of their working life and needed replacing.

After a site visit to take initial measurements, discuss the clients requirements and offer potential solutions, Joseph then offered a written Quotation within 48 hours of his visit and Marla Custom Blinds (South Wales) was awarded the contract to make and fit 37 custom-made, pleated roof shades to make the space usable again.
